Hertzko is a versatile grooming essentials brand catering primarily to dogs and cats. Their product range includes brushes, leashes, snuffle mats, feeding bowls, scissors, and more.

In 2024, we successfully launched 10 new Hertzko products within a single month. During the research phase, I identified an opportunity to reduce costs by utilizing Photoshop to create lifestyle photos. Each product had approximately 10-15 images capturing various angles, which we skillfully composited into lifestyle scenes. This approach resulted in significant cost savings of over $4000.

For the new launches, we incorporated vibrant colors, lifestyle imagery, and highlighted key selling features. A comparison between the new style and the original listings reveals a shift from predominantly white-background photos with text to a representation more aligned with the brand’s personality. The Hertzko brand aims to exude boldness, playfulness, and a contemporary appeal, traits we aimed to capture in these updated designs.
